Tom has spoken at dozens of colleges across the country including: New York University, University of North Carolina at Pembroke, SUNY Brockport, Monroe Community College (Rochester, NY), Carnegie Mellon University, University of Pittsburgh, St. Josephs University, DeSales University, Allegheny College, Carlow University, Slippery Rock University, Duquesne University, York College, and Seton Hill University. He also has spoken with students and young professionals from abroad including Sri Lanka, Maldives, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Nepal, Ireland, and Bolivia.
